Zephyr is a qualified patent attorney before the PRC patent office and UK Intellectual Property Office. He also holds a Certificate of Legal Profession Qualification in China. Zephyr is a currently a member of All China Patent Attorney Association. In 2005, Zephyr graduated from the University of Macau with a Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Subsequently, he earned a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In particular, he has extensive experiences in patent technology fields of electrical machinery, microelectronics, IT/software, cellular network technology, microwave engineering, among others.

Zephyr has extensive experiences in advocating for clients in invalidation proceedings before the Chinese Patent Office and Chinese courts. He also provides strategic and tactic advices regarding patent contentious matters in China.
